This Credits Usage Policy explains how usage credits (“Credits” or “Tokens”) function within the services provided by Elaywave Limited, including elaywave.com and app.elaywave.com (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing or using Credits within the platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Definition of Credits

Credits (also referred to as tokens) are digital units used within the Elaywave platform to access AI-powered features and services.

Credits are consumed when users perform processing tasks using AI tools available within the platform, including but not limited to:

AI Speech-to-Text
AI Voiceover generation
AI Voice Isolation
Other AI-powered processing tools that may be introduced in the future

Each operation performed within the platform requires a specific number of Credits depending on the type and scale of processing requested.

3. Flexible Credit Purchasing

The platform provides a Flexible Plan, allowing users to purchase a custom amount of Credits based on their needs.

Users may enter a desired number of Credits during the purchase process, and the platform will calculate the corresponding price.

Pricing and usage estimates are displayed within the platform interface. Users are responsible for reviewing pricing information before completing a purchase.

4. Credit Consumption

Credits are deducted automatically when a user performs AI processing tasks within the platform.

Credit consumption may vary depending on factors such as:

The type of AI feature used
The length or size of input files
The complexity of the processing request
System parameters or model usage

Users can monitor their credit balance within their account dashboard.

Once Credits are used to perform processing tasks, they cannot be restored.

5. Non-Transferability

Credits are:

Non-transferable
Non-exchangeable
Non-refundable (except where stated in the Refund Policy)
Not redeemable for cash or monetary value

Credits may only be used within the Elaywave platform and cannot be transferred between accounts unless explicitly permitted by the platform.

6. Credit Expiration

Unless otherwise specified, purchased Credits do not expire while the user account remains active and in good standing.

However, Elaywave Limited reserves the right to introduce expiration periods for certain promotional or bonus Credits.

Any expiration terms will be clearly communicated at the time of issuance.

7. System Adjustments

Elaywave Limited reserves the right to modify:

Credit pricing
Credit consumption rates
Processing requirements
Available features

Such adjustments may occur as the platform evolves, improves infrastructure, or integrates new AI technologies.

Changes will be reflected within the platform interface.

8. Abuse and Misuse Prevention

To maintain platform integrity and service availability, users are prohibited from:

Attempting to exploit or manipulate the credit system
Circumventing credit usage mechanisms
Using automated scripts or tools to abuse system resources
Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt platform operations
Reselling platform access in an unauthorized manner

Accounts involved in abusive activity may be subject to:

Temporary suspension
Permanent termination
Removal of Credits associated with abusive activity

9. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for monitoring their credit balance and usage.

Elaywave Limited is not responsible for Credits consumed as a result of:

User actions within the platform
Unauthorized access caused by compromised login credentials
Automated workflows or integrations initiated by the user

Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

10. System Errors

In the event of a technical error that incorrectly deducts Credits, users may contact support for review.

After investigation, Elaywave Limited may restore affected Credits where appropriate.

11. Termination of Account

If an account is terminated due to violation of platform policies or Terms of Service:

Any remaining Credits may be forfeited
